Oatmeal is a GO!

Did you know oatmeal is the best food to begin your mornings?  It contains the fibers that we need in her daily intake as well as keeping our cholesterol levels in good levels.  Many research studies have shown that it contains so many benefits that it would be dreadful if human beings do not consume it on a daily basis.



It has good chemicals in it such as flavonoids which are high in the ever popular antioxidants, keeping us in good healthy conditions.

LDL-cholesterol is a killer nowadays because of the food that are available to us that has bad fat in it.  This cholesterol will lead to clots and the Harding of our arteries.  The chemicals in oats was used as a test in combating LDL and what was found was interesting.  It actually stopped the LDL cholesterol from oxidizing into a nasty form and because of this, prevented it from blocking the arteries.

From the same research they have determined that Oatmeal has more antioxidants flavonoid than any fruits or vegetables.  The flavonoids also help the body by acting as the anti-inflammatory element which helps our immune system.

Blisters on our feets and hands?

Blisters on toes and fingers are a typical issue faced by a lot of people.  A few reasons are likely for a blister to occur on our bodies. Among the significant dangers of having one of these is the possible infection where it starts to build up beneath the top layer of skin.  You will notice a fluid that is somewhat clear.  He can be also of a Yellowish color.

When someone walks for a long time and wear shoes that are overly tight as mentioned, you have a great chance of getting blisters.  Another name for these blisters cause by wearing tight shoes is water blisters and when it is popped can be very painful.

If it so happens that the blister breaks on its own, then do not remove or play with the skin around it.  Just leave it alone and tried to put protected.  Next up is to apply any type of ointments that is antibiotic.  This will prevent any possible infection from the open wound.

The danger is that it can be contaminated especially not cleaned well and it gets really bad then contact a dermatologists for help help.
