Among the all-time favourite fruits on the planet are the wonderful coconuts. The people from the Pacific Islands consider it as the super food as it contains many remedies for all different types of sickness.  The palm trees that grow the coconuts is considered by many locals as the tree-of-life.  The oils from the coconut are believed to have healing elements and consider one of the healthiest oils on the planet.


Consuming coconuts is a great way to build resistance against diseases and as mentioned has many healing elements.  It contains antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-parasitic components. Due to that, consuming different forms of raw coconut in oil, milk, coconut or even its butter may help fight against resilient illnesses like the flu, throat infections, UTI infections, herpes, bronchitis, and many other viral or macrobiotic illnesses.

Whether youre drinking it, eating the coconut meat, or using it’s oil, the coconuts will be nutritious and has a tasty supply of minerals, amino acids, vitamins and fiber. It's contains also magnesium, and potassium, calcium, along with lots of electrolytes to keep your energy going.

It will help to keep your skin vibrant, lovely and youthful. Its properties have antioxidant components which helps slow down your aging process and thereby protecting your body from free radicals that are harmful.  Many people use it as the moisturizer.

It’s good practice to apply a small amount of its oil onto the skin daily to make sure it stays smooth and pleasant, in addition to keeping it moisturize.

When applied to the skin you will notice your pores open easily, enabling the oils to consume through the skin better. Simply ensure that you wipe any excess oil that escapes since it is very hard to clean because of its slickness. Coconut oil can also be understood to treat many skin disorders for example eczema or psoriasis.

In addition, it helps the hair lustrous and beautiful.  If your hair is on the thinner side as well as being dry, then try using coconut oil. On occasion, you can leave it in your hair overnight and making sure you have a towel over your pillow.  The next morning all you have to do is wash your hair to rid of the oils.  If you do this often you will notice your hair may be more glossy and glowing. Its an excellent choice if you forgot to put condition your hair.

If you start eating coconuts on a daily or stress a weekly basis will be more ideal you will help with strengthening your bones as well as her teeth.  It will actually help your body absorb better minerals’s such as magnesium and calcium. Additionally, it will help prevent osteoporosis(state where the bones lose their density and become weak and delicate).  If your lactose intolerant than this may be your way of strafing her bones.  And if you’re a vegetarian you can reap the benefits of it as an excellent supply of fatty acids and proteins.

Many decades ago the oils from the coconut were considered bad as it apparently carried lots of negative attention because it featured high amounts of saturated fats. Individuals thought that the cholesterol may lead to negative conditions of the heart but this is debunked today. It actually reduces many heart problems and helps lowers cholesterol. The reason being its fatty content is only shifted into energy, reducing the chance of fat accumulation in heart and the arteries.
