Lean Protein

For those who like some spicy foods in their own life, simply add some peppers to your diet.  Or if you don’t spicy go for Bell peppers. They are a wonderful supply of Vit. C is much as oranges.  Bell peppers will help hair to become much stronger thus preventing brittle and split ends.

Eggs

They are the break fast of champs! Why?  They provide lots of fantastic Vitamin B7, along with the essential B vitamin which are both crucial for hair development.
